Arsenal made in Bulgaria Makarov semi auto pistol

9x18 9mm Makarov

Pistol is in great condition with excellent bluing, please review pictures as I tried to capture any parts that have wear.

This is a complete set- Includes pistol, 2 matching serial number magazines, leather holster with cleaning rod, plastic case, 2 extra sets of grips; black plastic and rubberized. Bakelite set is installed on the pistol.

All springs were replaced with BHSprings including the safety and trigger bar springs. Pistol was detail cleaned down to every part. Original springs are included.

I collect Makarovs and specifically circle 10 Bulgarian pistols. I purchased this one by mistake thinking it was a circle 10 but it's an Arsenal branded Makarov. Nothing wrong with Arsenal and some find these more desirable to match Arsenal AKs, it just does not fit in my collection. As typical with all Makarovs I buy I did a deep clean down to every part and replaced all of the springs with BH Spring Solutions Springs. I have not fired the gun but since it's surplus and I'm not the first US owner I'm sure it's been fired before. I did function check it with snap caps. As always with surplus firearms please take it to a gunsmith prior to firing if you are not comfortable examining the pistol yourself. To my eyes everything appears to be in order on this pistol and it cycles smoothly.

Please note- the new springs are quite stiff and should loosen up over time. I am including all original springs. The original safety spring was broken when I purchased the gun, I'll include it but wanted to call it out. The new spring is solid but does make the safety stiff, it should loosen up with use.
